Calculation of Total Series Capacitance

The following calculation is based on capacitors being connected in series.  When entering the size of the capacitors the units must be kept the same from one capacitor to the next.  For example, if capacitor one is entered in micro-farads, capacitor two must also be entered in micro-farads.
